If your pet doesn't love it, we make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement — no interrogation, no restocking fees.

How it works

1. Email soporte@haulvin.com with your order number and a photo (the photo helps us fix the problem at the source).
2. We answer within 24 hours.
3. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or simply wasn't what you expected, we refund you or ship a replacement — your choice.

The honest part

For most items we won't ask you to ship anything back — international return shipping often costs more than the product. Keep it, donate it, or pass it to a friend with a pet.

Refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once approved.
