• Processing: your order leaves the warehouse within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery: 8-15 business days for most destinations. Some remote areas take longer.
• Free shipping on every order over $35.
• Tracking: you get a tracking number by email the moment your package ships, and an update at every milestone — shipped, in transit, delivered. No need to chase us.

Why not 2-day shipping?

Because we'd have to lie or charge you triple. We source directly so you pay a fair price; the trade-off is patience. If you need something tomorrow, buy it locally — we'd rather tell you that than disappoint you.
